About this Office
The Coalition Against Rape and Abuse Law Project provides FREE legal counseling and FREE legal representation to survivors of Domestic Violence that are seeking a Temporary and/or Final Restraining Order. The Law Project was created in 1998 and was made possible through the IOLTA Fund and the State Department of Human Services. ALL Law Project services are open to male and female domestic violence survivors and are free regardless of available income.
